Caveman diet is very much important to be carried over to each and everyone in the world
Caveman diet concentrates more in breakfast when compared to the lunch and dinner

they provide sufficient energy to do
the daily activities.
Moreover eating egg in the morning will reduce the chance of the hunger which in turn will reduce the body weight. Poached eggs are highly recommended that the scrambled one.

included in the caveman diet. But you can use nut and

You can add honey and berries to the pancake to add more delicious taste.
