How to use this Meal Plan1. This meal plan is optimized to be printed. You can print the whole document or just the shopping

lists.

2. This meal plan can be used for any size family, you will just need to adjust the recipes to support your needs. Some recipes serve 2, double them for a family of 4. Some recipes serve 6, make as is and store as leftovers.

3. On the following page you will see a Calendar filled out for 3 meals a day, 7 days a week. Each block contains a link to the recipes we recommend making that day. You can follow this exactly as written or use it as a template to adjust to your needs. There are also some days listed as leftovers, these are lazy days. I call them grazing the fridge days and it is normally leftovers from the meals I had the day before.

4. Following the Calendar, there is a shopping list. We can not separate the ingredients for every recipe. Instead, we labeled each ingredient with what meals it is used for. If you only want to use meals 1,7, and 9 you can find the associated main ingredients on the list by that number.

5. There are some ingredients that we recommend always having in stock in your house. We will not list those on the shopping list but they are listed below for your convenience. Just peek at the recipes and make sure you have everything you need before running to the store or are in the middle of a recipe, EEEK. Examples of these are coconut oil, salt & pepper, olive oil, baking powder and soda, etc.

6. There is a column on the ingredient list labeled Needs. This is for you when you are going through your pantry and refrigerator to know whether or not that item is needed to purchase. We just want to make this as easy as possible for you.

7. I am picky where I purchase my ingredients, here is what I recommend.

2. This list is a starting point of reference. There may be items you need/want not listed and there might be items you dislike and do not want. Use as a template to make it work for you.

3. When using dried spices instead of fresh, use a 1:3 ration. 1 teaspoon of dried thyme is equal to 3 teaspoons of fresh thyme. Add dried herbs at the beginning of all cook times for maximum flavor.
