1st Agency across Australia to support all Triple Zero (000)
Functions across a whole state.
F&DS provides Information and Technology Services to QLD
Police, Ambulance and Fire and Emergency services state-wide
25,000 user base, + 80,000 volunteers and QLD Public
900+ Radio Towers State Wide
~2.26 million phone calls are received to Triple Zero each year
F&DS has ~800 Staff
F&DS Budget is ~ $175 Million

Mobile Services Program
• Mobile-based capabilities to drive a decrease in office-based administration and increase in frontline policing.
• Currently delivering increase in device fleet to 5400 devices.
• F&DS network infrastructure work underway to meet future capacity requirements.

Emergency Services Computer Aided Dispatch (ESCAD) Upgrade Program

SES TAMS ProjectEVP Project• Joint initiative between PSBA and TMR.• Assists the front line service delivery
agencies of QAS and QFES by providing green lights at traffic signals, during Code 1 (lights and sirens) emergency response situations if it is safe to do so.
• Provides the SES with a system to manage assistance tasks state-wide.
