● Organization: The Open Technology Center of Excellence, Inc., (OpenTechnologyCenter.org ) is a Mississippi-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established 2013 through joint-support of DHS, DoD and MS National Guard, Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center

● Mission: Enhance operational capabilities of federal, state and local agencies through innovation, collaboration and implementation of open technology solutions

● Technology Focus: Cyber Security, Unmanned Vehicle Systems and Disaster Recovery Management

● Target Audience: Public Safety (law enforcement, emergency management); Public Service (critical infrastructure systems); Public Administration (civil administration) agencies in rural state and local communities
