    INDUSTRY PROGRAMS Jawun is an innovative not-for-profit which increases the capacity of

    indigenous leaders, organisations and communities to reach their goals.

    The Jawun program involves placing 400 secondments from Australia's leading companies and government agencies into indigenous organisations across 9 regions each year

    The combined effort of organisations involved equate to an annual in-kind contribution of approximately $12m per year

    Downer has supported Jawun since 2014 and commits to 12 secondees per year across the Group.
