water • Chop and cut your
greens into manageable sizes for your blender

Pick a Liquid Base• orange juice • grapefruit juice • milk • soy milk • almond milk • coconut water

Add some H2O• Place 2 or more cups of
your greens into the blender • Slowly add water and your
liquid base to the blender. • Blend the greens • Add water as needed.

Pick a Fruit• Add desired fruit(s) to the concoction • *Frozen fruit is easy for planning
purposes, but add fresh fruit now and then
• Mangos • blueberries • apples • peaches • strawberries • banana (fresh)
