AUTOCLAVES FOR COMPOSITES POLYMERIZATION

The Maroso Company was founded in 1969 by its founder Maroso Francesco in a handicraft context with

its centre in Pianezze (Vicenza-Italy). The always increasing production and technology lead the Maroso

company to become an industrial context, which approximately 25 years ago has begun the production

of AUTOCLAVES, heat exchangers, steam generators and general tested carpentry.

In the historical headquarters of Pianezze, Maroso now occupies 2.500 covered square meters in a total

area of 16.000 square meters.

The specialization dedicated to the AUTOCLAVES has been steadily increasing and progressively extended

so much to reach nowadays to the highest level of the worldwide production as for technology, quality

and economy in different fields such as COMPOSITES POLYMERIZATION, Glass stratification, Rubber

vulcanization, Marble transformation, Food treatings.

Ever since the realization of the first prototype of AUTOCLAVE, our philosophy has been to grant the

highest qualitative level, answering to the specific applications and offering to the customer the best

possible services, either technical and commercial.

The quality of our AUTOCLAVES is guaranteed from the standard realizations and from rigorous tests

executed by qualified technical staff by means of appropriate calibrations during all the phases of the

production.

Moreover, the applied procedures assure the conformity of every component according to the technical

specifications required from the customer.

Using the experience grown up in several years and in the different industrial sectors, our autoclaves

production was extended to different sectors as:

• The glass sector which use the autoclaves for the glass lamination: flat glass, curved glass and

special glass both tempered and toughened glass which is addressed to several fields as: building,

safety, internal architectural, car glass etc.

• The COMPOSITE sector for field as: AUTOMOTIVE, AEROSPACE, AERONAUTICAL, NAVAL , WIND

and LEISURE and SPORTS. The main purpose of the use of the carbon fibre is the polymerization of

light materials to obtain maximum resistance and light.

• The Rubber sector, in which the autoclaves are used for the polymerisation of tyres and

reconstruction of rubber cylinders,

• The Impregnation field which us the autoclaves for process of drying and impregnation of different

materials as: marble, wood, metals, electrical components,

• The Food field for the sterilization and the pasteurization.

• Different sectors basing on special applications of the customers.

The MAROSO S.r.l. organization, further to his technical group, is supported by outside skilled

collaborators, in order to able to meet some production peaks and guarantee to the customers the

contracts respects.

The construction of the autoclaves and their relative technologies takes place in a productive unit, whose

skilled departments are coordinated by the technical dept.: they operate together in synergy to get to the

highest quality level according with the appropriate standard of utilisation foreseen for the materials to

process.

Any possible technical troubles will be promptly resolved with the customer together considering his

technical needs.

We would like also to highlight that MAROSO team is prepared to develop its autoclave in order to fulfil

the customer’s requirements and our technical staff is prepared to support and inform the customer

during the assembly pre commissioning, commissioning and start up of the autoclave.

MAROSO S.r.l. obtained the certifications ISO 9001; in that case the supplying of the materials is always

accompanied by certification CEP PED, or ASME STAMP.

The company MAROSO S.r.l. using the experiences made in the different sectors mentioned above, is able

to supply to his customers the best engineering experience for design elaboration basing on the

specifications of the customers with particular reference to:

• Design pressure and temperatures required by the customers;

• Dimensional according of the autoclave to the loading required;

• Thermodynamics design of the plant to obtain the maximum efficiency in according with the

performance required by the customer.

• Study and design of customized systems of recirculation air for obtaining the best heat transfer,

temperature uniformity and optimum overall efficiency.

• -Various systems for opening the door in accordance with the needs of the department

• Design, supply and installation of all services necessary for the plant running, as

� Heating power as model diathermic oil

� Air pressurization system and realization of the mixture air- nitrogen directly into

the autoclave;

� Evaporative tower ad opened or closed circuit;

� Vacuum group with different pressure and regulated;

� Vacuum lines with manual or automatic control;

� Fixes apparatus of connections for the periodical certification of the running cycle;

� Optimization of the energetic available energy sources in order to reduce the cycle

costs, with the chance to choose: electric al and diathermic oil;

� Management Systems which are based or on the average between the temperature

of the pieces and of the air temperature of the autoclave or on the temperature of

the piece;

� Our management system can be interfaced with simply and complicated systems,

depending on the needs of the customers.
