The Maroso Company was founded in 1969 by its founder Maroso Francesco in a handicraft context with

its centre in Pianezze (Vicenza-Italy). The always increasing production and technology lead the Maroso

company to become an industrial context, which approximately 25 years ago has begun the production of

AUTOCLAVES, heat exchangers, steam generators and general tested carpentry.

In the historical headquarters of Pianezze, Maroso now occupies 2.500 covered square meters in a total

area of 16.000 square meters.

The specialization dedicated to the AUTOCLAVES has been steadily increasing and progressively extended

so much to reach nowadays to the highest level of the worldwide production as for technology, quality

and economy in different fields such as composites polymerisation, GLASS STRATIFICATION, Rubber

vulcanization, Marble transformation, Food treating.

Ever since the realization of the first prototype of AUTOCLAVE, our philosophy has been to grant the

highest qualitative level, answering to the specific applications and offering to the customer the best

possible services, either technical and commercial.

The quality of our AUTOCLAVES is guaranteed from the standard realizations and from rigorous tests

executed by qualified technical staff by means of appropriate calibrations during all the phases of the

production.

Moreover, the applied procedures assure the conformity of every component according to the technical

specifications required from the customer.

The construction of the autoclaves and their relative technologies takes place in a productive unit, whose

skilled departments are coordinated by the technical dept.: they operate together in synergy to get to the

highest quality level according with the appropriate standard of utilisation foreseen for the tempered glass

treatment as well as for tempered/toughened either flat or curved glass referring in particular to:

• The construction stoutness and reliability

• The maximum exploitation of the inside space of the autoclaves

• The thermodynamic dimensioning is customized according to the production guarantees

temperature uniformity and consequent energy saving

• Main commercial components of high quality easily available in the worldwide market

• The construction is made according with CE PED and ASME STAMP certifications

• Supplying and installation of the service components necessary to the autoclave running as:

- Air pressurizing systems

- Open circuit evaporating towers

- Appropriate vacuum units for the curved and special glass treatments

- Static and dynamic vacuum value control both manual and automatic

- Easy certification system to validate the cycles periodically

- Safety devices as man in autoclave to guarantee the operator safety

- Cleaning drainage of the autoclave carried out by compressed air blowing

- The air discharge silencer is foreseen included in our standard supply

- Simple or supervision programs are available according to the customer request

We would like also to highlight that MAROSO team is prepared to develop its autoclave in order to fulfil

the customer’s requirements and our technical staff is prepared to support and inform the customer

during the assembly pre commissioning, commissioning and start up of the autoclave.

Also the specialization dedicated to the Laminating lines has been steadily increasing and progressively

extended so much to reach nowadays to the highest level of the worldwide production as for technology,

quality and economy.

Maroso, as a Company very well recognized also for the industrial conditioning treatments and supplying

has decided to make itself expertise available for the supplying of the air treatment required into the PVB

assembling rooms in order to complete the laminating lines either with U or straight on line positioning.

The customers as well as the producers of laminating lines have very well married our availability to supply

this service which can be supplied into two important different ways as:

• Supplying of the machines and PLC control necessary to treat and control the humidity, the

temperature and the pressure of the air inside the chambers including the whole positioning, the

fitting of the machines, the commissioning, the start up and personnel instructions. In this case we

leave free the customer to provide only for the complete construction of the structure and the

panels of the chamber under Maroso instructions.

• Complete supplying of the chamber including the structure, the panels, the machines for the

control of the air and the PLC control including the whole positioning, the fitting of the machines,

the commissioning, the start up and personnel instruction.

Also for the PVB assembling chambers, our philosophy has been to grant the highest qualitative level,

answering to the specific applications and offering to the customer the best possible services, either

technical and commercial.

The quality of our supplying is guaranteed from the standard realizations and from rigorous tests executed

conditions during all the phases of the production.
