This method of construction uses a Pre-fabricated Galvanised Steel structure for the entire structural component of the building.

Design is evaluated on a state-of-the-art

application. Steel frames are manufactured using a CNC process after evaluating architectural load of all frames.

On site erection is done rapidly, with

minimum labour and minimum use of water:60 % less then conventional construction, by way of a dry process.

Foundations for light steel framing are essentially a basic concrete plinth. Floor plates can be cast in concrete using decking sheets, weld mesh and

a concrete screed of 3”.Any type of flooring can be laid over this: Granite, Marble or Vitrified Tiles.

Electrical, gas and plumbing services are installed through pre-punched service holes in

the web of the steel forms. Wall panels are generally made by using heavy duty Cement Board and Gypsum Board.

Walls can also be clad with other decorative surfaces.

Earthquake resistant: As steel buildings are 5 to 10 times lighter than reinforced concrete buildings they resist earthquakes. Steel absorbs the earthquake energy to a great extent and saves you and your belongings.

Nail holding capacity:TVs, pictures, cabinets, and other fixtures can be hung from a steel framed wall using connectors and screws.

Corrosion-free: Galvanized steel does not corrode. Insulation ( Thermal and Sound): insulation materials are selected according to the climatic

conditions and the location of the house. Column-less Span:One of the biggest advantages of cold-formed steel is its high strength

to weight ratio. This allows manufacturers and framers to fabricate long trusses.

Cost:It depends on the project selected, however it is more cost efficient than a reinforced concrete house of the same size and quality.
