These images are from the latest issue of Carlisle Living magazine, one of the magazines I looked into when I was doing my initial research into regional magazines.As I am going to be doing a December issue, I need to link my magazine to Christmas but mainly winter. If I do this then my magazine will be more appealing to more cultures and religions. I have chosen this cover and supplement to look at now that I've decided that I’m doing a winter/Christmas themed fashion and lifestyle magazine as I like the colour schemes and the layouts.

I like both of these covers however for my target audience I think the supplement style is more like how more front cover will look,.I like how this supplement has a dark grey, faded background, this also makes the colours of the white and the gold stand out making this front cover even more eye catching.Therefore I will take into consideration both of these front covers and their colour schemes as well as the layout of the stories when crating my front cover of my regional magazine.
