Unanymous over vocational, technical and broadeducation.
Passion!
Unique
Often mentioned as a bad example: teaching by the book without any alterations at all or adaptation to the specific public.
Every class needs to be perceived as unique, because each class is different, consisting of unique, different boys and girls.
A unique teacher stands out.
Distancevscloseness
Personalinformation, yes, but in smalldose.
The importance of the informal.
A teacher is not a friend…
…not even onFacebook.
The effect of a authentic teacher?
Knowledge, small effect.

And about the importance of perceivingeachpupil as unique: “Teachersneed to beaware of whateach and every student is thinking and knowing.” (Hattie, 2009)
