What it is all about ?
• Downsizing: It is used to reduce supply and balance demand.
• Rightsizing: It involves linking staffing levels to organizational goals. Rightsizing is linked to cost-sizing in terms of financial resources.
Improving external aspects of organization
• Great deal of business efficiency lies in the manner to which employees and resources are handled.
• All processes and aspects are taken care in maintaining the efficiency of a business sales process
• Strong example can be seen in the trend of going green like:

• Redefine the organizations sales process like technology, expenses, and employees
• No need to get rid of employees or reduce expenses. Rather, rightsizing and cost-sizing methods allow you to integrate all types of resources to achieve objective.
• If the organization follow Rightsizing, it will gain the loyalty of the employees like TATA

• Action must be taken in all forms.• In order to reap the rewards of rightsizing and
cost-sizing your sales organization• Act as quickly as possible to improve your
organization's efficiency and numbers

• Ensure that managers and employee are aware of the changes.
• Loss of productivity • Meetings, memos, and informational sessions can help
curb a negative reaction• Sales and marketing training methods have shown
effectiveness in the communication and reevaluation within an organization
Maintaining the Efficient Sales Process
• Identify the needs of the sale organization on a consistent basis.
• Keep analyzing and making changes where appropriate to maintain the efficient sales process, and to improve it.
