• USA located in the northern part of America continent
• The country bordered with Mexico on the South, and Canada on the north
• Capital: Washington • President: Barack Obama• Independence Day: 4th July 1776• USA is a free country. Every religion is
accepted, and people are freely choose to have religion or not
Region and State• In USA, there are 6 regions: New
England, Mid Atlantic, The South, The Midwest, The Southwest and The West.
• In each regions, there are many states. 6 states in New England, 6 states in Mid Atlantic (The city), 12 states in The South, 12 states in The Midwest (farm and agriculture), 4 states in The Southwest (great landscape with prairie and desert), 11 states in The West (home of the cowboy)
The USA is a big country.

The U. S. flag has 50 stars, because there are fifty states in the country.

The bald eagle
• The bald eagle is a large, powerful, brown bird with a white head and tail. The Founding Fathers choose the bald eagle to be the national bird of the United States in 1782. This majestic bird can only be found in North America.

The memorial was build in honour of the third US President Tomas Jefferson, who was one of the Founding Fathers. He wrote most of the Declaration of Independence.
The building in Arlington, Virginia, which contains the administrative offices of the USA Department of Defense. It has five sides and is the largest building in the world.
The White House is a house in which the President of the United States lives and works. The White House has 132 rooms, 54 of which are reserved only for the private use of the First Family on the second and third floors.

Independence Hall is located in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania. At this building, colonial leaders met to plan the future of the new nation.
Many of the most important documents in U.S. history were written at Independence Hall. Independence Hall was also the home of the Liberty Bell for over 200 years.

freedom in the United States. It rang when the Continental Congress signed the Declaration of Independence.
Today, the Liberty Bell hangs in Philadelphia for all to see.

The Brooklyn Bridge is one of the oldest suspension bridges in the United States, stretches 1825 m over the East River connecting Manhattan and Brooklyn. A week after the opening, on May 30 1883 a rumor that the Bridge was going to break down caused a stampede which crushed and then killed twelve people.
