How to keep partnership relations in case of previous bad XP with AIESEC?

Show importance of TN taker for your entity : listen to its claims, show understanding and readiness to improve

Make improvements on that and tell your TN taker about or explain/respresent scheme of work that will help to avoid similar situation

Your task is to keep working with TN taker or at least it not to claim and make negative opinion on AIESEC among its network

You may use special offers or discounts for such TN taker

You may suggest some additional free activities interesting for TN taker (placement of TN taker info at AIESEC resources, participation in AIESEC events etc)

Is it possible that school/NGO would cover more of its operations by AIESEC intern? make interns’ classes available for more ppl? Are there any other functions intern may fulfill? Or needs company would like to cover and AIESEC can help? (Study TN taker profile for this)What will help me to upscale this partnership (recommendation from other TN taker, discount, etc)
