Brief of Role: The ECB for iGCDP will be responsible to track exchange operations through iGCDP trainees experiences, address in a formal and proactive way conflict issues to solve, provide education, consultancy and trainings to iGCDP national network abour customer experience managemen, leadership development model implementation and quality management as well as provide recommendations and spread information for a better exchange operations with quality working together with MCB / NST.
