About the Multi-Program Status Report

The Multi-Program Status Report provides information about the Program enrollment for an individual or group of individuals. This report displays information about the number of requirements of a DRF that have been submitted and the number of evaluations that have been completed. To begin, click TS Coordinator from the top menu bar.

From the TS Coordinator page, click DRF Program Reports. Then click Multi-Program Status Report link from the Work Status and Author Activity section of the Reports page. To generate a report for a single individual or group of individuals, you must first identify the individuals.

Run a Report on a Single Individual 1. Type the name of the individual you want to report on and click Continue.

2. The Author or Author(s) matching your search will appear. Select whom to report on.

Individual Report Results The top of the report lists the name of the individual on whom you ran the report. The first column includes the names of all of the Programs you chose to include in the report.

For each Program, the summary view displays vital information.

The Program completion status

The current cumulative DRF score

The number of DRF items submitted for evaluation

The number of submitted items that have been evaluated

The number of items awaiting evaluation out of the total number of accessible items

The Overall Folio Evaluation completion status, if applicable.

When viewing a single Author, use the Filter By pull-down options to see all evaluation results for each DRF area within a DRF Program. To process your selection, click Go.

Summative Status View (show only Program Author is enrolled in)

This default view displays summary status information for the Programs the Author is enrolled in.

This view displays summary status information for the Programs the Author is enrolled in and lists Programs the Author is not enrolled in (out of the list of Programs selected when running this report).

Detailed Results View (show only Program Author is enrolled in) This view displays status and evaluation information on the categories or requirements within the DRF Programs in which the Author is enrolled. To view only those areas that have an evaluation marked as final or reconciled, select the Show only items marked final/reconciled checkbox.

Run a Report on a New Group of Individuals

1. In the Current Selections scroll box, click Add Individuals to begin building your report criteria list. You can remove individuals as needed by clicking Remove Individuals. 2. Enter a name for the group you run a report on and click Continue. 3. Select the DRF programs you wish to include in the report and click Continue.

Group Report Results

The report provides information for each Author you selected, based on all Programs included in the report. Each Author is not necessarily enrolled in all Programs included in your report. The top of the report lists the total number of Programs included in the summative view of the Program. The first column displays the names of the Authors included in your report. For each Author(s), you can view key information.

The number of Programs the Author is enrolled in.

The number of items the Author has submitted for evaluation.

The number of items evaluated

The number of items awaiting evaluation vs. the total number of accessible items.

The number of Overall Folio Evaluations that have been completed for the Author, all out of the total number possible for the Programs included in the report.

For information on a specific Author, click the name of the Author from the Author Name column.
