Getting more sleep by switching the light off together
WHY SHOULD YOU GO TO BED ALONE?
• Many people don’t get enough sleep because
they spent time in front of a computer until late at night.
• Result: In the morning they are
tired and powerless
THE PROBLEM
• Partners and roommates don’t get enough attention and suffer from being
tired and/or alone.
THE SIDE EFFECTS
• Put social pressure on the nighthawks.
• The apartment / house can only be
changed into sleeping mode with permission of two or more people.
• Basically: the light has to be
switched off together
OUR IDEA
• requirements: the people
have to like each other and the will to get more sleep has to be there.
• technology: smart homes and phones
HOW SHOULD THAT HAPPEN
better relationships
+ more sleep
