•To be held weekly for governance purposes•Leadership is important, since it might go boring due to too much information•To make it interesting, use it as a space where people have a chance to stand out among others•make it as short as possible

6. Follow up and set timelineBased on the outcome it has to be clear who are the responsible in each output. This is important for further follow up of the meeting. Set a deadline/timeline on when it should be done
