2. Observe “Los fusilamientos del 3 de Mayo” of Goya and answer:

a) Description and location: • What is represented in the scene? • Where happens the scene? • What two groups of characters make up the picture?

b) Analysis of the characters: • Look at the French´s group, how are they represented? What do you think

the author try top show? • Look at the Spanish group; what three groups you can divide them? Do you
