There is no “ONE” definition for global competency.

Our definition for global competency is :An ability to understand across traditional cultural linguistic, ethnic, and economic differences. This includes the richness of human diversity and knowledge that we are all inhabitants of the same planet, in which our individual worlds overlap.

Generation WeGen-We.org

• The Millennial’s are a special generation. They are not pessimistic or vengeful. Rather, they are sober in their view of the world. They believe in technology and know they can innovate themselves out of the mess they are inheriting (Greenberg, 2008).

• According to Eric Greenberg, the following Four Fundamental Rights should be a part of the Millennial agenda:

1.1. Right to health- an unspoiled environment, good nutrition, Right to health- an unspoiled environment, good nutrition, and affordable healthcare.and affordable healthcare.

2. Achieve universal primary education

Denial is no longer an option…Denial is no longer an option…

“The problems of today will not go away if we just sweep it under the rug and ignore them. They will only get worse” (Greenberg, 2008).

Some people today are living under the impression that their personal actions do not have a direct impact on what is going on in the world; Ideas similar to this is also known as “fallacy of the commons”

We have to comprehend the part we take in the impairment of this earth, understanding and knowing the modifications we can develop to sustain the planet for future generations.

What are you going to do?

Are you a Millennial?

Are you part of Generation We?
