Elastic Recovery = ( CD × 100)

Here,

Conditioned weight = 5 gm

Dry weight = 4.5 gm

So,Moisture regain = (Conditioned weight – Dry weight)×100

Dry weight

= (5 – 4.5) × 100

4.5

= 11.1111 (Ans)
