Target Audience Anything that a person creates needs a target audience, whether it may

be a teenagers to old pensioners. I made my soap trailer so it would appeal to the audiences.

Target audience includes:• Age• Gender• Race• Socio economic status

My soap trailer is aimed at 16-25 years of age. It is aimed at the more younger

audience, this is because my soap is going to be mainly filmed in a collegeenvironment. So I’ve based my target audience around that.

How will my product appeal to the audience Many people watch soaps because it pleases us to see and

hear other peoples problems. In a voyeuristic manner, we like watch other peoples lives, as, in the case of soap operas, they are just like, but more interesting.

Females between the age of 13-50 years like to watch soap operas such as Eastenders and Hollyoaks . But my soap trailer is for all genders and roles and younger audience as if used characters and plus suitable for that age group.
