Project Name: The court in Turin Green at Via Accademia
Project Description: Urban Adventure was commissioned by Pirelli to design the building renovation of the nineteenth century courtyard in the center of Turin, via Accademia Albertina, under the assistance from the Real Estate Fund Turin. The architectural design combines respect for the type of the original building with new environmentally sustainable technologies that look to the generation and reducing consumption of energy: geothermal, shading and "naturalization" of the court, solar thermal and photovoltaic. The extension of existing balcony offers a new interpretation of the historic courtyard, with the possibility of small private gardens developed vertically.
Software Used: AutoCad 2009, Revit 2011, Sketchup 6.
