1. School leadership formulates the vision of implementing the e-learning plan• iPad team: headmaster, hardware experts and pedagogical experts

2. Engage school community to e-learning, student centered learning and shared teacherhood

3. Teachers have good skills and knowledge to implement ICT in their work

3. Teacher Training

• Teachers have good possibilites to take part in ICT-training sessions.

• Teachers in Olari also give in-service training to teachers in other schools (locally and nation wide)

• Headmaster defines individual needs for in-service training together with a teacher in yearly development discussions

• Teachers may participate in major in-service training events in Finland (local and national)

• Part of the weekly staff meetings are used to pedagogical discussions in subject groups where the best practises are shared

• Headmaster ensures that school has latest know-how in e-learning

• Every teacher has personal professional development plan, which is designed according to his/her personal needs

• All teachers are capable to choose best technological solutions to suit his/her own teaching

• Teachers share pedagogical innovations within the school and act as teacher trainers both locally and nation wide.
