On the Standard toolbar, click New .

If you want to keep the default title layout for the first slide, go to step 3. If you want a different layout for the first

slide, in the Slide Layout task pane, click the layout you want.

On the slide or on the Outline tab, type the text you want.

To insert a new slide, on the toolbar, click New Slide , and click the layout you want.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each new slide, and add any other design elements or effects you want.

When you finish, on the File menu, click Save, type a name for your presentation, and then click Save.

You can also create a blank presentation in the New Presentation task pane (File menu, New command).

2. In the File name box, enter a new name for the presentation, or do nothing to accept the suggested file name.

3. In the Save as type list, select the file format that you want, and then click Save.

4. I suggested saving your presentation in a teacher effectiveness folder. This way all your documents are in the same folder when you submit it to the administrator.

Because training can not take place in a day, Monarch High teacher leaders will continue to provide technology training for teacher effectiveness. This tutorial is an immediate need for Monarch High School and it is clearly aligned with the new National Standards for teacher effectiveness. Because technology training cannot be learned in a day. It is the goal of Monarch’s teacher leaders to provide more training on how to effectively integrate technology in the classroom.
