This is the appropriate action for Linda. She should implement diversity training, plan some team building events, and speak to each team member about them excluding Gary. In doing this, Linda will give her team an understanding of what she expects, strengthen the team, and educate the team If the learner selects a, b, or c the feedback will read Good try! However this is not the best action for Linda to rectify the situation on her team. This may help the situation slightly, but it is not all that Linda can do to give her team a clear understanding of her stance on the situation, strengthen the team, nor educate the team on diversity. Try again! Animation: no Text/Audio Narration: Please read this scenario and pick the best solution for Linda to solve the problem on her team.
