Description: This session will demonstrate a step-by-step process for using a school-wide theme-based portfolio as an alternative assessment. Hear how teachers from all disciplines collaborate, analyze and choose the school wide theme, align the portfolio to the Common Core Standards and college and career readiness, and integrate the portfolio into academy curriculum.
