What people say…
“I found the programme very insightful and fulfilling. …Well timed and executed with the use of many teaching styles and aids. The course leaders were very warm and approachable and brought a whole plethora of knowledge and skills to the workshop. …I felt I could ask any questions without judgement. I liked that I could practice the varying aspects of the model with participants as I grasped the concepts. It has really made me think how useful these skills are in the work place and has whetted my appetite for future learning in this area. Thank You.”

The who, what & how…
Leadership is more than what you do; it’s how you do it, and your authenticity – who you’re being as a leader.

How
How you’ll explore leadership
1.• The field of leadership: qualities, styles & approaches
2• Typical leadership conversations & the impacts they have
3. • Leadership Principles
4.
• Presenting issues: the impact of asking vs. telling• The impact of 'knowing THE answer' vs. coming from a perspective of possibility
5.• How leadership coaching makes a difference
6.• The new role of the leader
7.• Discover your own leadership vision
8. • Share your leadership vision with others
We believe the coaching style of leadership is most effective,
because…
• It encompasses many of the other styles
• It helps achieve performance goals • You’ll have better performance
conversations• It supports meeting deadlines &
getting into action
The coaching style of leadership also helps…
• Improve teamwork & other relationships
• Collaboration, creativity & innovation
• Employee engagement
• Motivating others• Practical issues like delegation &
time management
Other leadership styles are, of course, needed at
some point…
• Coaching is about you being at conscious choice
• That way, you can extend or flex your leadership styles
• You can apply the principles of leadership coaching at any time – whichever style you use
