What is ‘Ignite’?

• Ignite is a two day coaching skills course

• Accredited by the International Coach Federation

• With a focus on Executive and Leadership Coaching

• Enabling you to coach executives and leaders AND building your own leadership qualities

• 4 x 1-hour follow up teleclasses – to embed the learning

Our coaching definition…

Coaching is about supporting you to get what you want. Specific to our work with leaders and managers coaching is -

“…supporting people to lead, achieve and succeed, without doing it for them, or telling them what to do.”
