PRO-AM FORMATThe Pro-Am scoring format will be the net best ball of the team (four amateurs and one professional) utilizing handicaps for amateurs with a maximum handicap of 27 for each contestant. Please note, PAR IS YOUR PARTNER. Meaning, the maximum net score for each hole will be par. If you are unable to help your team on any given hole, please pick up your ball in order to keep play moving. The professional will keep the team score.

PRO-AM REGISTRATIONYou will be provided a code to register for the McCormick Championship Pro-Am. Please follow the link below and enter the code your company or sponsor provides you with for the registration process: https://events.r2it.com/sponsor/cespc/2017/

• Registration Deadline: The online registration form must be completed by Thursday, June 27.

HANDICAP INFORMATIONEach contestant is asked for handicap or index information on the Pro-Am entry form. Because the Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS Championship is a PGA TOUR Champions sanctioned event, championship staff must verify the given handicap/index. This will be accomplished one of the following ways:

• Checking the GHIN number or a website index calculator • Confirmingahandicapwiththegolfclubdesignatedontheentryform• Confirmingwiththegolfprofessionalwhosignstheform• Providing the championship staff with copies of scorecards from the

last six (6) rounds played

We must be able to verify a handicap by the stated procedures in order foryoutocompetewithafullhandicap.Ifyouneedanyclarificationofthehandicapverificationprocess,pleasecontactCharmaHarrisattheChampionshipOfficeat(410)648-4618.

PRO-AM PAIRINGS PARTYThe Pairings Party for the McCormick Championship Pro-Am will be held attheLeggMasonTowerinHarborEast,Baltimorefrom6:00–9:00pm on Tuesday, July 11. The Pro-Am Pairings Party invitation allows you and a guest to attend. Dress for the party is resort casual. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and a full open bar will be provided.

AtthePairingsParty,youwillbenotifiedofyourWednesdayteetimeand will be paired with a professional. Since this is a live pairing, we are unable to provide tee times before this date. If you do not attend the Pairings Party, the pairings will be emailed to all participants after the party.

PRO-AM PACKAGEOne McCormick Championship Pro-Am position includes the following:

• One playing position with a PGA TOUR Champions professional on Wednesday, July 12.

• One Pro-Am Contestant Credential allowing access to Pro-Am Hospitality inside the Clubhouse, the Locker Room, Practice Range/Green, and Inside the Ropes access on Wednesday ONLY and Grounds access Thursday, July13–Sunday,July16.

• One Pro-Am Guest Credential allowing access to the Carroll Pavilion WednesdayONLYandGroundsaccess,ThursdayJuly13–Sunday,July 16

• One valet parking pass for Wednesday, July 12 (Pro-Am day). Please display prominently when entering Caves Valley Golf Club

• An invitation for the contestant and a guest to the Pro-Am Pairings Party on Tuesday night

• One Pro-Am Contestant Gift Package
