How We Will Measure SuccessNew, innovative relationships will be fostered to expand existing programs and create new program initiatives

Advance our plans for the replacement of the Wright Crescent facility, examining opportunities at Providence Village and elsewhere

Growth in membership base and number of program users.

Renew our management agreement and explore expansion of services with St. Lawrence College

Risk and resources are managed effectively at RKY Camp

Explore enhanced delivery of services to school boards, including wrap-around care for all day kindergarten, before and after school care and summer camps.

How We Will Measure SuccessBoard members and staff can effectively share the YMCA’s story about being a charity working to create a stronger community, while increasing opportunities to support the health and wellness of children and youth.

Reach more people in Kingston and surrounding areas in health, wellness and child care

Build more partnerships with government and other non-profits to enhance service and impact

Every day at the YMCA we help people of all ages and at all stages find the support and care they need. No matter who you are or what goals you’re working towards, we will

support your journey to better health. All of our programs and services are designed to help you feel valued, respected and included in our community.

Our goal is that no one be denied membership or program participation because they are unable to pay the full fee. Thanks to community support, membership and

program fee assistance is available for those in need.
