• Think of Year 12 as ‘Year 11 who have had a 10 week holiday’

• Check books/ folders for quality of work/marking & organisation

• Regularly discuss school and specific subjects.

• Ensure students prioritise prep & get into good study habits

• Reward/ sanction consistently and regularly (accountability)
