CURRENT ASSETS

Before the statement of comprehensive income and statement of financial position of the Yayasan

were made out, the trustees took reasonable steps to ensure that any current assets, other than debts, which were unlikely to be realised in the ordinary course of business, their values as shown in the

accounting records of the Yayasan had been written down to an amount that they might be expected to be realised.

At the date of this report, the trustees are not aware of any circumstances that would render the values attributed to the current assets in the financial statements of the Yayasan misleading.

VALUATION METHODS

At the date of this report, the trustees are not aware of any circumstances which have arisen which

render adherence to the existing methods of valuation of assets or liabilities of the Yayasan misleading or inappropriate.

CONTINGENT AND OTHER LIABILITIES

At the date of this report, there does not exist:-

(i) any charge on the assets of the Yayasan that has arisen since the end of the financial periodwhich secures the liabilities of any other person, or

(ii) any contingent liability in respect of the Yayasan that has arisen since the end of the financialperiod.

No contingent liability or other liability of the Yayasan has become enforceable, or is likely to become enforceable within the period of twelve months after the end of the financial year which, in the opinion of the trustees, will or may substantially affect the ability of the Yayasan to meet its obligations as and when they fall due.

CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES

At the date of this report, the trustees are not aware of any circumstances, not otherwise dealt with in this report or the financial statements of the Yayasan that would render any amount stated in the financial statements misleading.

ITEMS OF AN UNUSUAL NATURE

The results of the operations of the Y ayasan for the financial period were not, in the opinion of the trustees, substantially affected by any item, transaction or event of a material and unusual nature.

There has not arisen in the interval between the end of the financial period and the date of this report any item, transaction or event of a material and unusual nature likely, in the opinion of the trustees, to

affect substantially the results of the operations of the Yayasan for the financial period in which this report is made.

3. SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICANT ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Unless otherwise stated, the following accounting policies have been used consistently indealing with items which are considered material in relation to the financial statements of theYayasan.

(a) Property and equipment and depreciation

All items of property and equipment are initially recorded at cost. Subsequent costs areincluded in the asset's carrying amount only when it is probable that future economic

benefits associated with the item will flow to the Yayasan and the cost of the item can bereliably measured.

Subsequent to recognition, property and equipment are stated at cost less accumulateddepreciation and any accumulated impairment losses.

Depreciation of the property and equipment is provided for on a straight-line basis to writeoff the cost of each asset to its residual value over the estimated useful life, at the followingannual rates:

Furniture & Fittings Office Equipment Office Renovation

33% 33% 33%

The residual values, useful life and depreciation method are reviewed at each financial year end to ensure that the amount, method and period of depreciation are consistent with previous estimates and the expected pattern of consumption of the future economic benefits embodied in the items of property and equipment.

An item of property and equipment is derecognized upon disposal or when no future economic benefits are expected from its use of disposal. The difference between the net disposal proceeds, if any and the net carrying amount is recognised in profit or loss.

(b) Financial Instruments

Financial instruments are recognised in the statements of financial position when, andonly when, the Yayasan becomes a party to the contract provisions of the financialinstruments.

A financial instrument is recognised initially, at its fair value, plus, in the case of afinancial instrument not at fair value through profit or loss, transaction costs that aredirectly attributable to the acquisition or issue of the financial instrument.
