INTERNAL INDEPTH TRAINING FOR TECHNICAL & SERVICE TEAM

Training on YASKAWA Products and its Parameterization is conducted for YIND Internal team of Service and Technical Team. Total 18 people are attended for the training including Japan colleagues.

Training was conducted on 27th to 29th April 2016 from 8Am to 8Pm on the three days.

Main Theme of the Training:-

Building Confidence in team Team Work Understanding the practical situation and how to face the challenging situations. Work on adding values to customers by experiencing the product basket of YASKAWA.

Training started with the Basics of Drives by Mr. Shailendra Salvi along with the practical

challenges & its mitigations. Mr. Salvi session provided the high starting torque for the Training

program. The Program includes each and every one of the service & technical team to present

on the product respectively.

Our President Akinori Urakawa san given an encouragement words on the Event. He

presented the certificate “SPOT APPRECIATION” to Mr. Sameer Bakshi on the successfully

completed the Servo Trails at M/S JAWALA Engineering.

On the second day examination was conducted on the evaluation of A1000 product of

individuals and on the third day examination on Winder, Elevator and crane was conducted.

Technical quiz on the last day helps in evaluate on the basics and product learned
