5th DIVISION HIMAMAT - CLASS OBSERVATION

TO: CID CHIEF PUBLIC SCHOOLS DISTRICT SUPERVISORS EDUCATION PROGRAM SUPERVISORS ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL PRINCIPALS

1. In reference to DepEd Order No. 31, s. 2012 entitled "Policy Guidelines on the implementation of Grades 1 to 10 of the K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum (BEC) effective SY 2012-2013, the Division HIMAMAT Class Observation shall be conducted on January 17, 2019 at G. Reusora Elementary School, Kiagot, Digos City.

4. Likewise, it is expected that EPS, PSDS and School Heads will attend the flag ceremony and bring their respective "baon" for lunch.

5. Travel expenses relative to the conduct of the said activity are chargeable against division/school MOOE funds subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
