UY - EPS II-HRD Pursuant to the unnumbered Central Office Memorandum dated March 11, 2019, from the OIC-Undersecretary, Field Operations, BHROD (EWD and PD) and DEACO, Atty. Revsee A. Escobedo, re. the "Conduct of the Human Resource (HR) Assembly 2019", you are hereby directed to attend the abovementioned assembly on April 3 to 5, 2019 in Cebu City at a venue to be announced later. 2. The objectives of the assembly include the following: a) To clarify the HR functions and delineation across Central (CO), Regional (RO) and Schools Division (SDO) levels; b) To strengthen coordination and partnership among the CO, RDO and SDO HR practitioners; c) To provide an avenue for feedback, sharing of effective practices and updating on policies and guidelines; and d) To prepare the necessary plantilla-related documents for submission to the Department of Budget and Management (DBM). 3. Please be guided of the following reminders: a) The above dates are exclusive of travel time. Hence, .. Day 0 is hotel check-in time which will start at 2pm, while hotel check-out is on Day 4 at 12 NN; p First meal is Dinner on Day 0, while last meal is breakfast on Day 4; and > Start of Assembly is Day 1 at 8am; while end of assembly is at 5pm on Day 3. b) You are advised to register online through http://deped.in/201 9HRassembly three (3) days before the scheduled activity. c) You shall bring one (1) laptop, extension cord and pocket wifi (if available) for internet connectivity. d) HRMO shall also bring the updated Personal Services Itemization and Plantilla of Personnel (PSIPOP), both hard and soft (MS Excel Format) copies. 4. Travel and other incidental expenses shall be charged against local funds, while board and lodging shall be charged to the Central Office subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 5.     As part of the efforts of irnproring the delivery of Human Resource (HR) systems and services, the Bureau of Human Resource and Organizational Development (BHRODJ will conduct the im Assembly with the following objectives;
