Conditions of admission

In order to be accepted by HELMo on an inter- community exchange project, you have to :

- be registered in one of HELMo’s partner institutions in Belgium, which signed an inter-community agreement with HELMo before September 30th (check with your international office)

Conditions of admission

- be fluent enough in French to be able to teach the subjects you are trained for in French (exception for school placement in immersion schools)(non native speakers in French won’t be allowed to teach French as a mother tongue)

How to apply

Get in touch with your international coordinator.Ask him/her to send your

nomination, mentioning your profile,

to Martine Wilmots(m.wilmots@helmo.be)

If you are accepted,fill in the registration form

and send it to Martine Wilmots (m.wilmots@helmo.be),

and to the international manager of the HELMo campus you have

chosen (see p.3 and 4).

Deadline for registration :- placement between September and January : June 1st - placement between February and May : December 1st

Your registration will only be valid after you have sent the following document to the international manager of the HELMo

campus you have chosen (see p.3 et 4) :

- the personal involvement

contract with your signature (in which you also attest that you

comply with the insurance regulations, as stated in the contract)
