Susan provides her clients with over 14 years experience in corporateand business law. She has made it her career to represent businesses,and business owners since graduating from the Loyola UniversitySchool of Law in 2000.

Susan has a wide range of experience having worked with clients onthe local, national and international levels. Susan delivers acommitment to service which surpasses clients’ expectations,meeting tight deadlines and responding to pressing matters withunparalled service.

Natasha has a strong business background having received finance and business administration degrees in addition to attending several master’s level business classes. This knowledge allows her to expertly conduct a detailed analysis of complex business and real estate transactions and to fully evaluate the merits of commercial litigation cases.

Prior to joining Waltz, Palmer and Dawson, LLC, Natasha spent several years as a tax attorney, fighting against the IRS and the state tax authorities on behalf of individuals and businesses. She has participated in over 30 administrative hearings and numerous settlement negotiations with various taxing authorities.

Joseph has practiced law for over 18 years and provides his businessclients exceptional litigation services in business law, real estate lawand construction law. His career encompasses a wide range ofimpressive litigation experience since his graduation from theUniversity of Minnesota Law School, cum laude, in 1996. He hasrepresented units of local government, individuals, and corporationsthroughout his career in numerous civil matters.

Joseph has extensive experience in Illinois and Federal courts, including the Illinois Appellate Court. He has received his master’s degree in public administration at the University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs in 2001 and now serves as an adjunct lecturer, teaching a master’s level course at the College for public administration graduate students,

Michael has extensive litigation experience as defense counsel on behalf of a variety of businesses. He has represented Fortune 500 and mid-size companies, professional clients, and individuals. He specifically represented produce sellers, family farmers and large corporate agricultural companies, including name-brand large agricultural growers and processers in contract and commercial lawsuits in district courts across the nation.

Michael has successfully litigated multiple; high-dollar business disputes both here in Illinois and in jurisdictions such as Florida, California, New York and Michigan. Michael brings a wealth of knowledge in addressing business and corporate disputes and framing them in straightforward terms clients can understand and come to value in entrusting their commercial cases to him.

Nichole has spent over 13 years in the courtroom, representingindividuals and businesses in a wide range of legal areas,including family, civil, commercial and criminal law. She earnedher Juris Doctorate from the DePaul University College of Law in2001, with a concentration in litigation and has been licensed inIllinois since 2001. She has also held various positions with theNorthwest Suburban Bar Association and was recently acceptedinto the American Society of Legal Advocates as one of 2014′s Top40 Lawyers Under 40.

Millie graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Collegeof Law in 1990, with a concentration in taxation and estateplanning. As a tax attorney, Millie worked in a number of areas,including taxation, charitable giving, corporate law and estateplanning. During this time she also served as the American BarAssociation Young Lawyers Division’s Tax Law Chair and as a CNNtax law correspondent. Millie’s practice is now divided into fourareas: Estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, and estate andtrust administration.
