This 12-week program includes 2 physical activity sessions each week and 4 educational sessions held throughout the program.
The program is low cost and will be run by Council in partnership with Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District.
People who are pre-diabetic or who have been recently diagnosed are encouraged to join. Limited places available.

Notice of Proposed Renewal of Licence on Council-Owned Community Land Wollongong City Council is proposing to grant the renewal of a licence to Coniston Lions Soccer Club and Coniston Junior Soccer Club at part Lot 101 DP847615 being part of JJ Kelly Park, Springhill Road, Coniston.
The proposed licence is for a term of fi ve (5) years.
