The principle ofoperation :: The gas meter works due to the difference of gas pressure between the front and back side of

The device is equipped with LCD to easily read the error, operation status, indication, unit, measurement quantity, measurement of quantity used, flux and reverse-current, and indications can be changed by using reed switch.

When connecting the magnet to the arrow like the diagram, you can change themode. In each time you connect the magnet the mode can be changed, and inevery mode except for the integrating flow it'll be returned to the integrating flowafter 5 seconds.

made of the outstanding expansion-preventing material that is

superior in weather ability and pressure absorption inside of the

Also, in cold winter season it prevents from the meter damage

by the frozen water meter(-20℃, continued for 72hours) and

the existing function of the meter will be maintained just like

WIZIT WHM-2KC Digital Intergration Heat Meter is consist of flow sensor, temperature sensor and calcu-

lator in the one body; and can be installed and used easily in apartments, shopping

centers or offices which use centralized of district heating system.

:: Flow sensor has durability and superior sensitivity and calculator can calculate delicate temperature

difference and provide accurate calculation with low pawer-consumed built-in micom.

:: Indicator(CCD-Type) is used EEPROM so that it can save data when battery has been removed and it

shows the saved date again when the battery has been replaced.

:: Easy Installation because the unit is compact in size and cable connection is simple, it is easily handled

and installed, requiring only a small space. Because one of two temperature sensor is mounted inside

the flow sensor, only one sensor is installed on the pipe (supply side),

making installation simple and inexpensive.

:: Negligible power consumption. The unit is equipped

with a built-in lithium battery and no external power

supply in needed; and because power consumption

per pulse is extremely low, the unit can be used

for loger 6 years after the battery has been replaced

with a new one. Battery replacement is simple.

:: Superior measurement accuracy. Since the unit is

microprocessor based, measuring stability is ensured, coupled

with outstanding precision even under conditions of minor temperature difference.

:: Temperature is measured at each pulse, thus consecutively correcting the

theoretical heat conversation factor (K-factor) on the basis of carrier density and enthalpy.

One body type

DIGITAL HEAT METER (DISPLAY COMBINED TYPE)

Precautions wheninstall the meter. Cautions when moving and handing

:: A heat-meter is precise instrument and therefore care must be taken to prevent severe vibration or

external impact from being applied to any part.

:: When it is required to transport the meter, transport in its packing box.

:: Keep the distance from an organic compound and volatilize element.

:: Don’t expos the product to sunlight and the heating element.

Cautions when selecting the location for installation and when installing the meter

:: Must be installed inside building in a space of sufficient area to permit easy examination of the meter.

:: Avoid places exposed to direct sunlight; high humidity; severe vibration, or to heavy concentrations of dust.

:: Install the calculator (Separated type = Counter) at the place for easily reading.

:: Keep more than 10m distance from the heating element.

:: Keep more than 10m distance form electric or magnetic influence.

:: Install cable tubing to protect cable connecting counter to calculator.

:: Make cable tubing as short as possible and install in such a way as to minimize number of bends.

:: After the cable tubing has been installed, put protective covers on both ends of the tube to prevent

any foreign material from entering.

Cautions before installation

:: Install all accessory parts first, prior to installing main body of Heat-meter.

(Union, Nut, Sensor pocket, Strainer)

:: Make sure to install valves at both ends (including strainer) of meter.

:: A strainer must be installed in front of the meter to protect flow sensor and to clean the pipe easily.

:: Prepare a temporary pipe, whose diameter and length are the same as those of the main body of

heat-meter and install in flow sensor location to pass water.

:: Open all valves and remove thoroughly all foreign material inside pipe. (Minimum 5 flushing required)

Make sure, at this time, to remove air from the pipe, and flush out of the pipe after passing heating

medium through it.

Cautions during installation

:: Upon completion of the work described in preceding paragraphs, remove the temporary pipe and

install calorimeter. [Verify, at this time, the flow direction (arrow mark) of flow sensor].

:: Make sure that the flow sensor should be installed at the return side.

:: Insert sensor at supply side (temperature sensor) correctly into sensor pocket and tighten fixed

anchor slightly.

:: In case of the remote-reading type; after cable has been inserted, apply caulking to the end of

transmission tube located towards the operating unit side and put busing on the end of transmission

tube located towards the indicator side, to prevent breakdown resulting flow dew formation.

Cautions when Connecting Heat meter with Counter

Cautions after installation

:: In order to ensure smooth operation of the meter, make sure to flush out the system each year

prior to switching on heating, in accordance with the procedures described under the

title ‘Precautions before installation’.

:: Replace heating water regularly. (More than 2 times per year)

:: Upon completion of trial operation, it is advisable to put your company seal on the

temperature sensor. (supply side sensor)

:: When the Heat-meter and counter unit have been connected by cable, make sure hat the

color of cable matched each other.

:: Make sure that the data transmission cable from Heat-meter should be connected

first with connecting cable in the cable pipe. (No. ① above picture)

:: After connected the data transmission cable, please connect counter connecting

cable to the terminal block which is on the rear of counter. (No. ② above picture)

:: Connect cable tightly so that no insulation will be caught in the terminal block.

:: When you connect counter, please start from left rear of counter orderly as below.
