At The Dough Roller, use fresh quality ingredients to provide you the best dining experience. Every day we make fresh pizza dough, grate our premium pizza cheese, make pizza sauce, slice meats and

cheeses for subs and sandwiches and make chicken salad.

We offer full-service breakfast daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring buttermilk pancakes, French toast, creamed chipped beef, eggs, omelets and breakfast sandwiches. Pancakes are served all day and night. Buttermilk

pancake batter is mixed fresh every morning. Omelets are large and come with home fries and two buttermilk pancakes. Breakfast sandwiches are omelet sized, served on crispy panini bread and also come with home fries.

Try our hearty Italian Dinners - now available at 11 a.m.! Chicken Parmesan is a customer favorite - crispy fried chicken breast topped with melted cheese and our custom blended Italian tomato sauce. Lasagna is made

During the summers of 1962 and 1963, Ocean City resident Bill Gibbs was a beach boy for the Breakers Hotel at Third Street on the Boardwalk. Every day visitors would ask where to go for lunch. In 1979, Bill Gibbs had the opportunity to buy the Breakers Hotel. Bill knew the front porch would be the perfect place for a family-friendly restaurant offering pizza and pancakes. The

Dough Roller was born and opened in the spring of 1980.

Since then, The Dough Roller has grown. There are two locations on Coastal Highway, one at 41st Street beside the Convention Center and the other at 70th Street. A second Boardwalk locations is at South Division Street across from the Inlet parking lot.

A full breakfast menu is served at 3rd, 41st, and 70th Street locations. All locations serve our buttermilk pancakes all day!
