Implementing the recommendations of the Main Street Study

Encourages mixed uses

Allows increased density to 15 units per acre

Requires buildings to be built up near Main Street

Requires parking to be behind buildings

Relaxes parking requirements downtown and encourages shared parking/ on-street parking
