Xiuhpohualli Xiuhpohualli is the

Aztec year count. One solar tear consists of 360 named days and 5 with no names. These nameless days are said to be unlucky and the years are put into 18 periods 20 days each. No one knows when the Aztec year starts but most people think it starts in February.

The Cycles Both the

ceremonial calendars and the day calendars ran together and the in each day fell at the same time once every 52 years. Which makes 52 years a century for the Aztecs while it is a 100 year century for my culture.
