• 28 officers and over 100 active members.• One of the most active student groups on campus, as well as one of the most active HKN chapters.

Academic HKN Student Services• Free CS and EE tutoring

• Archived CS and EE exams

• Midterm study sessions

• Peer advising sessions

• CS GRE reviews

• Graduate school workshops and info sessions

• Mon-Fri, in 290 Cory and 345 Soda, 10am-4pm

• exams archived since 1998• available for checkout as well as online

• informal feedback about classes and profs (see picture)• 2 sessions per semester

• 4 sessions in Fall divided by topic; slides available on HKN website

• 3 grad school info sessions in Spring 2003 • 7 workshops in Fall 2003

• 5 study sessions so far this year

• Freshman recruitment• Cal Day EECS student panel and tabling • EECS career fair and info sessions

• 2 in Fall 2003, 1 so far in Spring 2004

• 4 visits scheduled for April 2004

• By request and on the annual Cal Day

• 14 companies and nearly 700 students attended the most recent career fair in February 2004 (see picture).• 12 company info sessions so far in the 2003-2004 school year.

HKN’s Department Services• EE and CS course evaluations

• Liaison between students and faculty

• New faculty interviews- 3 interviews so far this semester

• Curriculum feedback- Undergraduate Study Committee

• Outstanding GSI nominations• Faculty retreat presentation

- Once a year in Spring- Last year around 150 students were surveyed and their concerns were presented

• Used by the department to determine quality of professors and TAs

• All results are viewable by students online (see picture)
