Training can be performed at Entry Point North or customer site both for standard course as well as for tailor made solution.

• E-learning: We don´t use e-learning much

• ATSEP licencing: Not a personal license, it is not a requirement in DK, but Naviair has a

license as a company.

• What challenges do you see in future regarding ATSEP: Difficult to buy courses at e.g EPN, if

no other companies/ANSP demand the service or do the training in-house. We do not hire

Hampshire UK.

• Refresher Training: Yes. As required determined by business & safey significance combined

with system exposure.

• E-learning: Generally no, but always considered when designing training.

• ATSEP licencing: No. We operate a competency scheme that’s fully compliant with IR 2013-

08 endorsed by our NSA.
