o VICE PRESIDENT PUBLIC RELATIONS (VPPR) The club website content is cleaned up and updated with new layout. Team page has been incorporated in such a way to display the

names, photos and contact details. An email was sent out to the executive members, to update their details in the website.

Initiated a proposal or recommendation to buy a domain name hosting package to have full-fledged website as the existing WordPress website has limitations and the current domain name is free which does not provide proper website name for the club website.

The cost of buying new domain will be about AUD 150 per annum. With the purchased package, the official email addresses can be created for the executive team members. Also, it provides the option to embed PDF documents like meeting agenda items and minutes of meetings.

An email address has been created whereby the documents sent out to that email get immediately published on the blog page. The email address will be sent to Vice President Education to publish meeting agenda and to the secretary to publish minutes of the meeting.

o VICE PRESIDENT MEMBERSHIP (VPM) B@W are holding big drive to gain additional members before the end

of June.  Members of existing clubs are asked to approach members looking to join a second club.  Members who have friends at work/ university who they believe can benefit from Toastmasters are asked to approach them and provide them with the B@W contact details.

o VICE PRESIDENT EDUCATION (VPE) Members are asked to provide a list of the current Path they are on

along with levels completed and yet to complete Members are also asked to provide their apologies 3-4 days prior to

the meeting.  However, we are aware that circumstances can change at the 11th hour, therefore the earlier the notice the better we can plan.

o PRESIDENT How are the current members coping with the pandemic?  Is everyone

doing? Do you need any help with anything?  I would like to remind all our members that we a toastmaster’s family, please feel free to reach out if need assistance or someone to talk too.

Pathways: Are any of the current members having issues with Pathways? Logging on? Selecting a Path? Working through each of the levels?  Please let me know.

As stated at our last meeting, and in relation to the Clubs DCP, the only outstanding matter that needs addressing is our membership.  With two and a half months left until the end of the financial year how do the members feel about a membership drive?  Please share your ideas with Cathy, a few I can offer are....

If you work with who has expressed interest in developing themselves and becoming confident as a speaker please let them know about our club Contacting past members?

ANZAC day is on 25th April......"Lest we Forget".....As we remember the Australian and New Zealand soldiers who served and died in all wars.  Let us also use this day to remember family and friends who we have been unable to see due to the isolation laws.

GENERAL BUSINESS / UPCOMING BIRTHDAYS Gail hosted an online quiz which went very well and lots of fun, would

the members like to have / host an online social gathering, about an hour to 1.5 hours.
