This week we are looking at the ‘The Night Pirates’ story from the Literacy tree.

Make your own treasure map. Rub a used tea bag onto a piece of paper and add your own palm trees, rivers, swamps, and an x to mark the spot for where the treasure is.

Make your own treasure chest from a cardboard box. Fill your treasure chest with precious things and decorate it with pictures of palm trees.

Now use your map and your treasure chest to go on a treasure hunt in your house.
