Basic TerminologyDashboard
• A collection of Dashparts that can be viewed together
• A user may have multiple Dashboards seen as multiple tabs on their My Stuff>Dashboard
Dashpart
• A user defined component of the Dashboard.
• A dashboard can contain multiple Dashparts.
Base
• The core data available to a Dashpart.
• Dashparts include project, account, account detail, and favorite reports.
• Each Dashpart is built on a single base

Reports Table
• Predefined dashparts offering a specific data view or interactivity
• Can be added to dashparts but not customized
• Already configured favorite report displayed in the dashpart framework
• Dashpart build in the dashpart designer using report bases that display information in a column and row format
• Options to group, sort, and apply conditional formatting
Chart
• Dashpart built using the dashpart designer using report bases that display information in graphical format
• Chart options include Bar, Column, Line, Spline, Area, Area Spline and Pie
