Select and format text for multiple
records at the same time

Create templates
from proposals
Create master elements: Groups of
elements that can be reused over
and over in proposals
Click on whitespace to define:
• Sections
• Pages
• Document Properties
• Page Properties
Sections & Pages:
• Sections are bookmarks to jump to a
specific place in the proposal
• Manage and jump to pages
Document properties define defaults:
• Page Size and Orientation
• Margins
• Headers and Footers
Page properties override document properties for one page
Headers and footers have 3 columns, each can have a
field (e.g., page number), text, or an image.
Turn off headers and footers on a particular page in page
properties.
