• design of the voting system (together with ITC)

• almost inactive working group

• ITC implemented the on-line voting system• simple & multiple option proposals• public & secret voting

• first test voting happened before PM

• first discussion (without proposal) takes place now

• WG is clarifying the changes in Statutes and IRE, needed in order to make VIP official

• WG is now active, putting a lot of effort into improving the procedures and IT system

• we need clear guidelines for speaker (handbook maybe?)

• what is the best time allocation for the voting ?

• how to increase the number of LBGs that vote?

• what topics to handle in VIP?

Plans until GA

• more testing • approval of the secret voting

procedure, by LBGs• prepare materials for LBGs • Evaluate the concept
